So I have been in the biggest baking/cooking mood! Maybe it is because the Holidays are basically here, or that I am just feeling creative and wanting to create something yummy and to cook again! When I was about 16 or 17 I loved cooking and I asked for Christmas a cookbook and a really nice strainer, and thank you Santa I got it! And last week I found some amazing cookbooks at Barnes & Noble that I think I will go buy! So this week my adventure is Apple Cider Creme Filled Doughnut Holes, and Pumpkin Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting! Don't worry they aren't just for my tastebuds only, they are for some special events! Oh the wonderful Holidays! And since I live by myself no one can complain of the mess (that will be huge) afterwards! Plus wearing cute aprons is so fun!
